Erik Weihenmayer is one of the most sought after speakers in the world. Despite losing his vision at age 14, he is an accomplished climber, paraglider, skier, and kayaker who never allows blindness to interfere with his passion for pursuing an exhilarating and fulfilling life. Erik brings audiences a powerful message about harnessing the power of adversity as fuel for greatness, emphasizing the importance of building a strong “Rope Team” and illuminating how to develop a “No Barriers Mindset.” Erik’s talks resonate with diverse audiences from graduating college students to large sales teams to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he shared speaking platforms with luminaries such as Secretary Colin Powell, President Bill Clinton, and Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Johan Martinsson, Global IT Digital Operations Lead , Electrolux
In his role at Electrolux, Johan works closely with the business stakeholders to support their needs for new and innovative digital solutions. He has spent 14 years at Electrolux working in supply chain and operations both regionally and globally. Prior to Electrolux, he spent 12 years working within the electronic industry also focused on supply chain and operations.

Alejandro Sanchez-Aldana

Alejandro Sanchez-Aldana, Supply Chain Planning Director, Coca-Cola FEMSA
Alejandro Sanchez-Aldana, supply chain planning director at Coca-Cola FEMSA, has been with the company for 16 years. He has worked in the supply chain division of FEMSA working across distribution to logistics to manufacturing during his tenure. He led the design and implementation of their supply chain planning transformation project with JDA.

He has an Industrial Engineering degree from Iberoamericana’s University in Mexico City with a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University in New York.

Tyler Carter, Vice President of Technology , Starbucks
Tyler Carter is the Vice President of Technology, Partner and Workforce Management at Starbucks. She’s been at Starbucks for 10 years, where she has created a transformative workforce management practice to deliver technology solutions that engage, enrich and power Starbucks’ 300K+ partners across the globe.

Prior to Starbucks, Tyler held IT and business analyst roles at Expeditors, and spend four years at DHL in various programming analyst roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration Systems from University of Washington.
