Girish Rishi, Chief Executive Officer, JDA Software
Girish Rishi is Chief Executive Officer of JDA Software. Rishi joined JDA in January 2017 from Tyco International, where he was responsible for the firm's global retail solutions business and North America building automation business, which had more than $4 billion in annual revenue. Prior to his role at Tyco, Rishi was senior vice president for the Enterprise division of Motorola Solutions where he transitioned the portfolio to new application frameworks that delivered a compelling user experience. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in early-stage, high growth companies, including at Symbol Technologies, where he led the EMEA theater. He serves as a board member of Digi International, is a member of the board of directors at UI Labs, and the board of regents at the University of Hartford. He holds a master's degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, a master's degree in business administration from the University of Hartford and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.

Desikan Madhavanur  is JDA's Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, responsible for the company's product solution strategy, with a charter to invest in and develop JDA's current market-leading solutions in the areas of planning, execution and retail while harnessing the collective power of cloud, IoT, analytics and big data to bring new solutions to market that deliver real-time, actionable insights and customer value. Madhavanur  joined JDA  from CA Technologies, where he served as Senior Vice President and Business Center head for Data Center Orchestration. There he had P&L and growth responsibility for a business unit focused on driving modern application delivery, deployment, management, user adoption and profitable monetization.  Prior to CA, Madhavanur served as GVP of Engineering, Emerging Technologies and GM of Products & Strategy at E2Open. He has also held leadership positions at JP Morgan and i2 Technologies, where he spent four years as the lead product manager for collaborative supply and demand planning solutions.  He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Annamalai University in India, a Master's degree in systems and industrial engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Texas.

These include Harrods (General Manager) and House of Fraser (Managing Director) UK, Brown Thomas (Deputy Chairman) Ireland, Holt Renfrew (President) Canada, Saks Fifth Avenue (President) USA, Woolworths (CEO) South Africa and Karstadt Group (CEO) Germany.

Recognised for his leadership capabilities and performance-driven management style, Andrew commands a vast knowledge of consumer trends, vendor networks and retail practices in both mature and emerging markets. He has distinguished himself in six countries and on four continents with his agility to translate traditional business models into modern retailing in an increasingly fast-paced world of change.

Having recently launched the next chapter of his international career as Senior Retail Advisor, Chairman and Board Member, Andrew is now permanently based in London working with retailers, private equity companies and consulting groups. These include Ted Baker PLC, Hema Europe, Alpha Wealth (SA) and Curzon movie business.

A respected voice for the retail industry, he is a sort-after speaker at conferences and forums on the subject of leadership, change and innovation.

Andrew is Chairman of the Prince’s Trust Retail Leadership Group. With a strong belief in the integral role that young people play in the retail field, he has a constant focus on the recognition and development of young talent affording them the opportunity to commence and progress their careers.

In his current position, he is responsible for sales forecasting and subsequently global demand management, as well as new vehicle distribution operations.

Born in 1968, Jean-François Salles graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. He held various positions in Production, Quality, Industrial strategy and Supply Chain at Renault, as well as president of GALIA between 2009 and 2014, before being appointed Alliance Global Director for Outbound and Production Control in 2015. On 1st April 2018, he was appointed Alliance Global Vice-President, Production Control inside Alliance Supply Chain Management.

Rhid Tinkler is the IT Director for Retail and New Markets within BP’s Downstream Business. In this role he is accountable for the Global Retail Transformation Programme and the full end to end IT within the new market entries in Mexico and China. He has spent 9 years at BP working across the Lubricants and Fuels businesses leading the transformation programmes, prior to taking up his current role. Prior to BP he spent 12 years in consultancy across Retail and Consumer Goods.
