Girish Rishi, Chief Executive Officer, JDA Software
Girish Rishi is Chief Executive Officer of JDA Software. Rishi joined JDA in January 2017 from Tyco International, where he was responsible for the firm’s global retail solutions business and North America building automation business, which had more than $4 billion in annual revenue. Prior to his role at Tyco, Rishi was senior vice president for the Enterprise division of Motorola Solutions where he transitioned the portfolio to new application frameworks that delivered a compelling user experience. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in early-stage, high growth companies, including at Symbol Technologies, where he led the EMEA theater. He serves as a board member of Digi International, is a member of the board of directors at UI Labs, and the board of regents at the University of Hartford. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hartford and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.

Wayne Usie, Senior Vice President & Chief Market Development Officer, JDA Software
Wayne Usie serves as chief market development officer at JDA. In this role, Wayne is responsible for aligning and synchronizing end-to-end support for global sales while driving greater efficiency and growth. Wayne is responsible for bringing together the global functions across Industry Strategy, Value Delivery, Global Alliances, Business Development, Global Sales Operations and the Global Deal Desk to drive company growth.

Prior to this role, Wayne served as senior vice president, Global Industries & Value Delivery, responsible for the global industry strategy across manufacturing, distribution, and retail, and driving JDA’s industry strategies along with building the value selling capabilities within the company. In his 16 years at JDA, Wayne has become a trusted advisor to customers worldwide.

Previously, Wayne served as vice president of IT at Family Dollar Stores, Inc., a publicly traded mass merchant discount retailer, and prior to that, he worked in executive positions for a regional retailer and a consulting firm.

Wayne holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.

Mark Jeffries is a trusted adviser and communications consultant to some of the world’s largest and most successful organizations. He speaks at and moderates conferences, summits, sales meetings, user forums and conventions all over the world for clients including IBM, Ernst & Young, SAS, HP, Zurich Insurance, Gartner, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Canada, Deltek, Proxicom, and Bank of America.

Mark is an entertaining and experienced event Host; and author of the book, “The Art of Business Seduction”, which offers practical soft-skill communication advice and effective presentation skills. Dividing his time between The United States, Canada and Europe, Mark’s ideas, inspiration and guidance are sought across virtually all industries.

Dwight Klappich

Dwight Klappich, Vice President of Research, Gartner
Dwight Klappich, Vice President of Research at Gartner, focuses on ERP and supply chain management technology. He joined Gartner in April 2005 with the acquisition of Meta Group, where he spent five years as a research vice president leading supply chain management coverage.

Before Meta Group, Dwight served as Vice President of Manufacturing Marketing for Ross Systems and Director of Marketing for LPA Software. Previously, he held positions with leading supply chain management vendors Manugistics and Distribution Management Systems.

Dwight has spent 32 years in the IT Industry, including more than 10 years with Gartner. And, he has 30 years of SCM process automation and supporting technologies experience. Dwight holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Michael Phelps

Michael Phelps, Olympic Superstar
Michael Phelps is regarded as the most decorated Olympian in history. Across his Olympic career, which includes participation in five Olympic games, the American swimmer has won a total of 28 medals, including 23 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze.

In 2008, Michael launched the Michael Phelps Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on growing the sport of swimming and promoting healthy and active lives, especially for children. The Foundation, in partnership with KidsHealth and Michael Phelps Swimming, developed and launched the im program which has provided life-saving water-safety lessons to over 15,000 Boys & Girls Club members and Special Olympic athletes.

Michael is the founder of the MP brand which creates innovative, technologically advanced, performance-enhancing swim products that work with natural body mechanics, helping competitive swimmers reach their peak performance.

Over the years, Phelps has won a variety of accolades recognizing his hard work and dedication to swimming, including several Espys and Sportsman of the Year in Sports Illustrated. Michael has also written several books, the most prominent of which is No Limits: The Will to Succeed.

Eileen Mahoney

Eileen Mahoney, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, PVH
Eileen Mahoney is the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of PVH. In this role, Eileen is responsible for developing the strategic direction of PVH's technology and systems solutions. Eileen oversees the company's North America, South America and Asia Information Technology areas, as well as PVH's Global Network and Infrastructure. Previously, Eileen served as Senior Vice President, Retail Information and Technology. Eileen joined PVH in September of 2008 as Group Vice President, Retail Information and Technology, focusing on expanding PVH's Retail IT systems platform and was promoted to Senior Vice President in May of 2012.

Prior to joining PVH, Eileen was Chief Information Officer at Edison Learning, an international education service provider focused on raising student achievement and pioneer of charter schools in the US. Eileen began her career at R.H. Macy & Co., Inc., spending 10 years in various IT positions across the company. After Macy's, Eileen was the Chief Information Officer for Petrie Retail Inc., a women's apparel retailer with stores across the US and in Puerto Rico. In 1996, Eileen became the Chief Information Officer of Barnes & Noble's College Bookstore division.

Eileen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.

Peter Gibbons, Executive Vice President, Global Development and Product Supply, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Mattel Inc.
Peter Gibbons is the Executive Vice President, Global Development and Product Supply, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Mattel. In this role, Peter is responsible for product engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, EH&S and corporate social responsibility.

Peter was awarded DC Velocity Magazine's "2010 Rainmaker" in 2010, the University of Maryland's Robert H Smith "Supply Chain Person of the Year" in 2011, and appointed a member of the GlobalScot network in 2013.

Prior to Mattel, Peter served as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations for Starbucks responsible for the supply of the products that contribute to the Starbucks experience, from the coffee, to the cup, to the table it rests on at every Starbucks store around the world. He joined Starbucks in 2007 as SVP for Global Manufacturing Operations. Promoted to EVP Global Supply Chain in 2008, responsible for manufacturing, engineering, procurement, distribution, planning, transportation, inventory management and worldwide coffee and tea sourcing.

Peter earned his MBA from Strathclyde University and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Edinburgh.
