Girish Rishi

Since becoming CEO of JDA Software in February 2017, Girish Rishi has emphasized a values-driven culture and a growth mindset at the company, establishing a Customer First approach and driving a product pivot toward edge technologies. As the largest supply chain software company, JDA acknowledges and embraces its responsibilities to innovate and deliver solutions that transform its customers’ supply chains. Rishi leverages his background in product development and go-to-market strategies across a number of leading companies including Symbol Technologies where he led the company’s EMEA operations, at Motorola where he led the Enterprise division, and at Tyco International where he was responsible for the company’s retail solutions business and the North America services business. Rishi spent the first 15 years of his career in early-to-mid stage entrepreneurial companies learning the value of co-innovating with customers and delivering differentiated solutions. Rishi travels extensively for work, reads voraciously and in his downtime, hangs out with his wife and two boys. He serves on the Board of Directors of Insight Enterprises and is a member of the Board of Regents at the University of Hartford.

Brian Boylan

Brian BoylanExecutive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Brian Boylan is responsible for leading JDA’s global human resources organization, supporting teams worldwide with strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management and leadership development. In addition, he oversees the Information Technology, Facilities and Procurement teams. Boylan brought more than 20 years of leadership experience to JDA in 2005, and served as Senior Vice President until his promotion to Executive Vice President in September 2012. Prior to JDA, Boylan was a principal in Alliance HR Advisors, a human resources consulting firm. He also served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Human Resources for Asarco Incorporated, where he spent 16 years in various executive and management roles. Prior to his time at Asarco, Boylan served as Assistant General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations in New York City. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University in New York.

 Martin Felli

Martin FelliChief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary

Martin Felli, JDA’s Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, is responsible for providing leadership on all legal matters for JDA, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management, acquisition activity and commercial transactions. He joined JDA in October 2013 as General Counsel for Corporate Matters, a position he held for 10 months. Prior to joining JDA, Felli held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ECOtality, Inc., Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., and Senior Counsel for Home Box Office (HBO). Felli started his legal career in New York as an associate with the corporate group of the law firm of Latham & Watkins. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Inns of Court, and a B.A., magna cum laude from Baruch College, New York, New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Kevin Iaquinto

Kevin IaquintoExecutive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Iaquinto is responsible for directing JDA's brand awareness and identity, demand generation, product/solutions marketing, marketing communications, PR/analyst relations, partner marketing, customer marketing, social media and global events. Iaquinto’s creativity and work has won numerous CMO awards and most recently he was named Marketing Executive of the Year by PR World Awards in 2018. He has over 20 years of experience in software/SaaS solutions and has led global marketing teams at over seven privately-held and publicly-traded technology companies. Prior to JDA, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Deltek, where he transformed the company's identity and revenue growth resulting in a sale of the company for over $1 billion. Iaquinto gained a broad understanding of supply chain while working at Manugistics, which would later be acquired by JDA. In addition to leading award-winning teams at JDA and Deltek, Iaquinto’s prior experience includes leading global marketing teams at Software AG, webMethods, Global Crossing and Mercator. Iaquinto's early career included creating relationship marketing and public affairs campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a B.A. degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College.

Salil Joshi

Salil JoshiExecutive Vice President, Cloud and Customer Success

As Executive Vice President, Cloud and Customer Success, Salil Joshi is responsible for helping to drive the SaaS transformation at JDA. In this role, he oversees the Customer Success and Core Complement teams. Prior to this role, led operations of JDA’s global Center of Excellence (CoE), with operations in India, Poland and Mexico. JDA’s integrated global supply chain CoE delivers profitable revenue growth to external and internal customers through unparalleled customer service, world-class talent, continuous innovation and best-in-class quality. Joshi has been with JDA since 1997, with leadership roles including Senior Vice President, CoE and Group Vice President, Product Development, where he led the development of JDA’s Replenishment and Transportation solutions. In 2004 he served as Vice President and Managing Director of the India Development Center, which is now part of JDA’s CoE, and was responsible for all aspects of the operations including recruitment, training, delivery and quality of supply chain products. Joshi has a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Duane Kotsen

Duane KotsenSenior Vice President, Professional Services

Duane Kotsen is JDA’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of Professional Services, which includes Global Consulting and Education Services. Kotsen leads and manages a global team of expert consultants, strategists and education professionals who help customers maximize their supply chain investments by successfully designing, launching and implementing JDA software within their organizations. Kotsen joined JDA from Deltek, where he was SVP of Global Consulting Services, developing a tiered implementation methodology that significantly improved margins and customer outcomes. Kotsen was JDA’s SVP of America Services from 2011-13 and SVP of Global Consulting Services from 2009-11. In both roles, he leveraged his span of responsibility to integrate sales and delivery models across the services teams, enabling improved customer satisfaction and outcomes. Kotsen was also SVP of Global Services at QAD (from 2006-2009) and at PeopleSoft (2002-2005), and also had positions at Extraprise Group and Oracle. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Leigh University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Desikan Madhavanur

Desikan MadhavanurExecutive Vice President, Chief Development Officer

Desikan Madhavanur is JDA’s Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, responsible for the company’s product solution strategy, with a charter to invest in and develop JDA’s current market-leading solutions in the areas of planning, execution and retail while harnessing the collective power of cloud, IoT, analytics and big data to bring new solutions to market that deliver real-time, actionable insights and customer value. Madhavanur joined JDA from CA Technologies, where he served as Senior Vice President and Business Center head for Data Center Orchestration. There he had P&L and growth responsibility for a business unit focused on driving modern application delivery, deployment, management, user adoption and profitable monetization. Prior to CA, Madhavanur served as GVP of Engineering, Emerging Technologies and GM of Products & Strategy at E2Open. He has also held leadership positions at JP Morgan and i2 Technologies, where he spent four years as the lead product manager for collaborative supply and demand planning solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Annamalai University in India, a Master’s degree in systems and industrial engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Kevin Moriarity

Kevin MoriartyChief Financial Officer

Kevin Moriarty joined JDA in August 2018 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all of JDA’s global finance and accounting activities and teams. Moriarty’s extensive experience spans more than 30 years of senior management positions in finance and accounting at leading, global companies, such as Honeywell International, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Avnet, Moriarty played a critical role in reprioritizing the company’s portfolio with the sale of the Technology Solutions business to Tech Data Corporation and the acquisitions of Premier Farnell and Hackster.IO. He was also instrumental in Avnet’s capital allocation program including instituting a dividend and managing its disciplined share repurchase program.Moriarty spent more than 10 years at Honeywell in a series of progressively responsible positions, joining in 2002 as controller for the Automation and Control Solutions Division. In his latest role at Honeywell, he led a global team of more than 1,000 finance professionals, supporting 95 sites around the world and was heavily involved in several large Honeywell acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Honeywell, Moriarty held accounting and corporate development roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Moriarty is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Sharon Mills

Sharon MillsChief Customer Officer

Sharon Mills is JDA’s Chief Customer Officer, leading the company's customer strategy, ensuring that JDA develops programs that deliver profitable results for customers, increase their satisfaction and promote loyalty. Mills works cross-functionally to drive customer-focused initiatives that align the company's solutions and engagement models with the strategic needs and values of JDA's customers. This customer-first strategy streamlines and optimizes how customers engage with JDA across all aspects of the customer journey. In tandem, she and her team work to ensure customers are obtaining the maximum value from their JDA investments, while delivering innovation that drives profitability through a seamless supply chain. Prior to being appointed CCO, Mills worked as GVP, Professional Services at JDA, leading the company’s global teams for strategic services, education services, program management office and services engineering. Since joining JDA in 1998 Mills has also held leadership positions in the company’s strategic services and product organizations. She came to JDA with a solid retail background as General Merchandise Manager for the Delstar Companies. Mills has a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in mathematics and philosophy from Calvin College.

Mark Morgan

Mark MorganExecutive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Mark Morgan is responsible for leading global sales. Morgan has been with JDA for nearly 20 years, and has most recently served as senior vice president of sales for JDA’s North American operations. Prior to that, he served as regional vice president of sales for the company’s EMEA operations and as vice president leading the JDA’s North American manufacturing sales organization. Morgan served in a variety of presales, sales and consulting roles at i2 Technologies from 1999 until the company’s acquisition by JDA in 2010. Prior to joining i2, he worked in consulting at Manugistics (eventually acquired by JDA) and had multiple roles within supply chain at Ford Motor Company. Morgan holds a bachelor of science degree in logistics management from Michigan State University and an MBA in finance from University of Detroit Mercy.

David Rye

David RyeSenior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

David Rye serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at JDA Software. In this role, Rye will shape JDA's corporate strategy around its portfolio, services, cloud and go-to-market approach, and operationalize this strategy cross-functionally. Rye joined JDA in April 2017 from Informatica Corporation, where he served as SVP of corporate development responsible for strategy, corporate and business development, strategic investments, and operational transformation initiatives. He played a pivotal role in helping drive Informatica's revenue growth from $390 million to $1.1 billion. Rye helped drive the company's organic growth strategies coupled with the acquisition and integration of numerous companies. Prior to spending nine years in the software industry at Informatica and Hyperion Solutions, he spent over five years as a private equity investor at Thayer Capital Partners and Atlas Venture. Rye began his career in investment banking at Robertson Stephens & Co. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Princeton and a master of business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
