Our customers can expect to see more education and business offerings including e-learning (JDALearn.com), online seminars, benchmark surveys and certification tracks. JDA training is based on our role-based certification tracks. Each track contains sequenced, blended learning events (virtual classroom, face-to-face, e-learning, online exams, etc.) focusing on decisions and processes that help students maximize their effectiveness in a particular role. Education Services training builds learner competencies that drive business improvement. Most tracks include an online exam, and students passing the exam become JDAcertified in that role.
