Q. Where is FOCUS 2010 taking place?

Q. What are the dates of the conference?
A. Sunday, May 16 through Wednesday, May 19, 2010. The conference will conclude Wednesday at 11:20 AM.
Q. How should I arrange for air travel?
A. Attendees are responsible for their own air reservations. Contact your favorite airline directly.
Q. How do I arrange my ground transportation?
A. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation. You may also find additinal information on our conference transportation information page.
Q. What does the Guest Pass include?
A. Clients are welcome to bring a guest to FOCUS 2010. A guest is considered a significant other, spouse, or an adult companion. Guests are invited to the evening events, receptions, and general sessions. Breakout sessions are open to client registrants only.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You may view our cancellation policy here.
Q. When is my FOCUS registration payment due?
A. Payment must be received within 30 days of your registration. If payment is not received in 30 days, your registration will be cancelled. If you wish to re-register for FOCUS, you may do so at the current published rate. Please contact focus@jda.com should you have questions regarding FOCUS or payment information.
If registration fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.

Q. What is the conference attire?
A. Business casual is the recommended attire for the FOCUS conference.
Q. Do you offer a group discount for registration?
A. Yes! If four or more from your company register to attend FOCUS, a fifth person can attend for free. The fifth registration fee will be refunded at the conclusion of FOCUS. To receive the group discount, the registrants must have paid either the early bird rate of $1,295, the standard registration rate of $1,450, or the late registration rate of $1,650. The late registration rate is available through May 14, 2010.

Q. Is there a way for me to connect and network with peers at the conference?
A. Yes! With the FOCUS Online Community, registered attendees can communicate, collaborate and meet new people before, during and after the conference. You will receive login information for the FOCUS Online Community upon completion of your FOCUS registration. If you have any problems accessing the FOCUS Online Community, e-mail focus@jda.com.
Q. Do I get a free registration pass if I speak at FOCUS?
A. Yes, if you are selected as a session speaker, you will receive a complimentary registration to attend FOCUS. Click here to submit your nomination to speak.
